Thank you for choosing TractoSupp. We strive to provide accurate, transparent, and completely verifiable logistical frameworks. This Shipping Policy details our strict operational processing timelines, shipping methods, transit expectations, and customer service obligations regarding package delivery. We do not utilize deceptive processing metrics or hidden shipping fees.
Order Processing Timelines
All orders placed on our storefront are subject to an administrative processing phase prior to physical shipment. Our standard processing window is 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding official federal holidays within the United States). Orders submitted after 3:00 PM CST on a Friday or during the weekend will enter our processing queue on the subsequent Monday morning. During this phase, we verify payment parameters, run fraud screening checks, pick the item from inventory, and package the goods for carrier collection.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times
We utilize reliable commercial domestic freight and parcel carriers to execute delivery within the United States (primarily USPS, FedEx, and UPS). The estimated transit window begins immediately after the carrier takes physical possession of your package and issues a tracking scan:
* Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 7 business days depending on location.
* Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Transit): 4 to 9 business days from the exact date your payment clears.
Please note that transit timelines are realistic projections provided by our freight partners and are not absolute legal guarantees. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons, severe meteorological events, or regional carrier logistics backlogs.
Transparent Shipping Costs
All shipping charges are displayed clearly on the checkout page prior to final payment authorization. We maintain a clear pricing model:
* Standard Shipping: Calculated clearly at checkout based on package weight and destination zone metrics.
* No hidden compliance handling fees or surprise post-purchase tariffs will ever be added to your order.
Structural Shipping Restrictions
Currently, TractoSupp ships exclusively to physical residential and commercial addresses within the United States. We do not support international shipping, nor do we ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or temporary forwarding facility hubs at this time.
Verifiable Order Tracking
Within 24 hours of your package being scanned into the carrier's network, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique, active tracking number and direct tracking hyperlink will be sent to the email address registered at checkout. You can use this data to monitor real-time tracking developments directly via the carrier's web utility.
Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking identifier indicates that your package was successfully "Delivered" but you cannot locate it at your premises, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier annex first. If the package remains missing after 48 hours from the timestamp of delivery, or if your tracking shows that the package has completely stalled in transit for more than 7 consecutive business days, contact our support team immediately at Contact@tractosupp.com. We will open a formal carrier investigation and work to resolve the matter via a replacement shipment or a refund.
Customer Address Responsibilities
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is entirely accurate and complete. TractoSupp cannot alter a shipping destination once our automated fulfillment software has initialized processing. If a package is returned to our facility by the carrier due to an invalid address, incomplete details, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the actual costs to re-ship the item, or a refund will be issued minus the carrier's return-to-sender shipping fees.
