At TractoSupp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy provides a transparent, fair, and legally compliant framework for processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with United States consumer protection standards.

Return Window and Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window. You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date your tracking number confirms delivery to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
* The item must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
* The item must be in its original product packaging, including all protective inserts, tags, manuals, components, and accessories originally provided.
* You must provide the original order number, receipt, or alternative verifiable proof of purchase linked to your TractoSupp account.

Return Shipping Costs
Responsibility for return shipping fees depends entirely on the reason for your return:
* Customer Remorse / Dislike / Incorrect Selection: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, personal preference, or sizing selection error, you are responsible for paying the actual costs of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
* Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the item arrived damaged during transit, possesses a manufacturing defect, or is a completely different product from what you ordered, TractoSupp will cover all return shipping costs. We will issue a pre-paid shipping label to your email.

Step-by-Step Return Process
To ensure your return is tracked and processed safely, you must follow our standardized authorization workflow. Unauthorized returns sent directly back to our corporate mailing address without prior validation will not be processed.

1. Initiate Request: Email our support department at Contact@tractosupp.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
2. Provide Details: State the exact item(s) you wish to return and the specific reason for the return. For damaged or defective items, you must attach clear photographic or video evidence documenting the defect.
3. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your submission within 1 to 2 business days. Upon approval, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with explicit return shipping instructions and the correct distribution warehouse address.
4. Package and Ship: Securely package the item in its original materials to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write the RMA number on the outer transport box (not the retail product packaging). Ship the item using a trackable carrier service. We strongly advise purchasing shipping insurance, as TractoSupp is not legally or financially liable for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing and Timelines
Once your returned item arrives at our designated verification facility, it will undergo a comprehensive inspection by our quality assurance team within 2 to 3 business days to verify compliance with our eligibility rules.

Upon confirmation of eligibility, we will immediately process your refund. An automated notification email will be dispatched to your inbox. The refund will be applied directly to the original payment method utilized during your initial checkout sequence.

Please note that banking institutions and credit card issuers possess their own internal processing windows. Most refunds reflect on your financial statement within 5 to 7 business days following our initial processing date. If you have not received your approved refund within 10 business days, please contact your financial institution prior to reaching out to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon physical receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, structurally broken, or differs entirely from your invoice, notify us at Contact@tractosupp.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and detailed photographic evidence. Once validated, we will fast-track a replacement or issue a full refund, inclusive of all original shipping fees.

Product Exchanges
The most reliable and efficient method to complete an exchange is to return the unwanted item for a standard refund under our established 30-day protocol. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate, independent purchase for the replacement item on our storefront.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled if our fulfillment center has not yet initialized the processing or packaging sequence. If you need to cancel an order, please email Contact@tractosupp.com or call +1 (682)-338-3788 immediately. If the order has already entered our automated fulfillment lifecycle or has been transferred to a carrier, it cannot be intercepted. You must instead wait to receive the physical package and then initiate a standard return sequence under our 30-day guidelines.
